We're sorry to see you've landed on our repairs page. We understand your watch goes through life ups and downs and from time to time you may need to have it serviced or repaired.
Should you need a repair there are several options to choose.
In Warranty Repair
Your original purchase is covered by our Larsson & Jennings 5 year international warranty which includes;
WATCHES - manufacturing and mechanical defects for 5 years not caused by wear and tear, plus battery degradation
JEWELLERY - manufacturing defects within 6 months and beyond 6 months at our discretion
Due to environmental and human factors our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch/strap/jewellery after the terms of warranty.
- Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch/strap/jewellery, caused by unauthorised persons or its representatives.
- Damages to the case, crystal glass, strap or buckle caused by wear and tear
- Changing the battery or having the watch opened by a third party will void your warranty at our discretion
- Discolouration of the strap
SHIPPING - We offer FREE shipping for all UK customers. Unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping to International customers.
Out of Warranty Repair
Should your original purchase be out of our 5 year warranty period or should you wish to make a repair against a part not covered by the warranty then please follow these steps to select a repair through our UK service centre.
1. Fill in the repair form
We have customised a form with all the details we will need in order to contact you with the repair quotation. Please complete and print the form.Repair Form
2. Ship Your Watch
Once the form has been completed and printed, join it with the watch and send it to

We advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery, maximum insurance and keep the tracking number safe. Please do not send us your original box as we cannot guarantee it will be returned.
3. We are in receipt
As soon as we are in receipt of your watch, we will send you an email notification with your repair number, also detailing what the next steps will be in accordance to the type of repair.
